The car washing machine for washing car, jeep and other common cars is classified into touchless car wash machine, rollover car wash machine and tunnel car wash machine. 

The touchless car wash machine don’t have washing brushes and it washes the car through rotating the arm and it is suitable for car fine washing shop, 4S shop. The rollover and tunnel car wash machine has brushes and it washes the car through the brushes. The rollover type needs small site and it is suitable for maintenance shop, car wash shop and 4S shop.  The tunnel car wash machine can wash the car faster and it is suitable for car park lot, gas filling station and large car wash shop. 

To make a good choice, three factors(the size of the site, the type of car washed and budget) needs to be considered. Risense will recommend the suitable type and washing plant after basic communication with the customer. 

1.Clean the mirror plate of the optical sensor. 

2.Fill a certain amount of oil to the chain to ensure its smooth running when driving. 

3.Check and see whether there is enough car washing detergent and add some water according to the proportion to ensure the car washing and drying effect. 

4.Check the combined water collecting cup with water gas separation. 

5.Check whether the water supply is normal. 

6.Check whether the water gas separation meter has pressure. 

7.Check whether the walking trolley or the surrounding is clean or not, whether is blocked or not to avoid accidents. 

8.Turn on the no fuse breaker button of the main power of the car washing machine, the no fuse breaker button of the air compressor,no fuse breaker button of the distributor box of the car washing machine. 

Which type of car wash machine is better? Rollover car wash machine or tunnel car wash machine? 

The rollover car wash machine and tunnel car wash machine both are full automatic car wash machine. The washing effect of Risense rollover car wash machine and tunnel car wash machine is excellent. The main difference is the washing way, occupying area, and washing efficiency etc. 

1.Car washing method: 

For the rollover car wash machine, the car stops and the machine moves forward and backward to wash the car during the washing process. 

For the tunnel car wash machine, the machine don’t move. The conveyor belt of the machine drives the car forward. And the car goes through the whole washing process like pre-wash, car wash shampoo spraying, wax spraying and drying etc. 

2.Occupying area

The rollover car wash machine needs small area of space which is enough for the machine to move forward and backward. The car is reversed after washing. 

For the tunnel car wash machine, although the machine remains motionless, the car needs to drive out from the another end after washing. So the both side of the site needs to be open for the car to pass through. So the site should be larger. 

3.Car washing efficiency 

The rollover car wash machine can only wash one car at a time, it can wash 12 to 15 cars per hour. 

The tunnel car wash machine can wash 3 cars at a time, and it can wash 50 to 60 cars per hour. So it is more suitable for gas filling station or the car wash shop with large traffic flow.
